PH-4: .014 opaque vinyl front, .008 clear transparent back with 23/4" X 41/2" business card holder lower front (DELUXE MODEL). PH-3 & PH-4 envelopes are 93/4" x 43/4" size.
PH-6: Portfolio Style - accommodates two 9" X 4" folded policies .014 opaque vinyl outside with two transparent pockets inside. 91/2" x 10" laid flat, folded size 91/2" x 43/4".

PH-10: Same as PH-9 with business card holder.

Opaque vinyl can be any color of your choice. This can be hot stamped or silk screened with your logo.
